Your organization must connect its own WhatsApp number before any WhatsApp broadcast or automation can send — there is no shared/default sender.
- Go to App Settings → WhatsApp.
- Click Connect.
- Scan the QR code with the WhatsApp account you want to use for the school.
⚠️ Note — SMS and Voice SMS don't require this step; only WhatsApp does.
