Editing and Deleting a Broadcast Template

For: Admin

  1. Go to Broadcast → Broadcast Templates.

  2. Find the template in the list, then click the ⋮ menu at the end of its row.

  3. Choose Edit to update its name, channel, SMS sender ID, autotrigger tagging, or message body, then click Update Template.

Choosing Delete opens a confirmation. In the confirmation, type the template's name exactly as shown (for example Announcement) — the Delete button turns on once it matches — then click Delete. This can't be undone.
