Outbound WhatsApp (and SMS, depending on setup) is billed from a prepaid unit pool your organization tops up in advance — separate from your seat-based subscription.
- Go to Broadcast → Send Broadcast and check the SMS Units panel for your current balance.
- Click Top up.
- Complete the purchase via Paystack.
⚠️ Note — Once the pool is used up, sends will fail or queue until you top up. Usage is deducted message-by-message as batches send, and you can review consumption history alongside your broadcast history. Running low on units doesn't affect your subscription status, and vice versa.
