- A Super Admin sees and manages every branch in the organization (or a specific set of branches, if your organization limits which branches a given Super Admin account can access).
- A Branch Admin is restricted to one branch — they cannot see students, staff, fees, or reports belonging to other branches.
Which branches an admin can access is set when the account is created (see Adding an Admin, Teacher, or Staff User) — it's part of their account setup, not something they change themselves later. Use Branch Admin for campus-level leadership who shouldn't have visibility into other campuses. See Understanding Roles in Edumintor for how to inspect any role's exact permissions.
