No. Edumintor uses soft-delete for records — deleted items are hidden from normal views but not permanently erased, preserving history for audit and reporting.
Contact Edumintor support if you need something restored.
This is also why you can't edit an Active fee structure or delete a Paid invoice directly:
- Only Draft fee structures can be edited; an Active one must be archived and replaced with a new one instead.
- Invoices with any successful payment can't be deleted — only cancelled (if unpaid) or corrected through a payment reversal/refund (see Reversing or Refunding a Payment).
